Cómo funciona el test GI-MAP™

Step 1: Order Your Kit

Choose your GI-MAP™ test package from our three options: Standard, GI-MAP™ + Zonulin, or H. Pylori Profile. All kits ship free to any address in Canada or the USA and arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note: lab ordering is not available for patients in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

Step 2: Collect Your Sample

Your kit includes everything you need for easy at-home collection. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to collect a small stool sample. The process takes just a few minutes and can be done in complete privacy.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Place your sealed sample in the return shipping envelope included in your kit and ship it back using your preferred shipping method. Return shipping is not included — you are responsible for the cost of mailing your sample to the laboratory.

Step 4: Lab Analysis

Your sample is analyzed at Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory using quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology — the most accurate method available for stool analysis. This FDA-approved technology can detect organisms at the DNA level, even in quantities as low as one cell per 10 grams of stool.

Step 5: Get Your Results

Receive your comprehensive GI-MAP™ results within 10-14 business days after the lab receives your sample. Your detailed report includes quantitative measurements of 85+ biomarkers including pathogens, bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses, and intestinal health markers.

¿Qué sucede después?

We recommend sharing your GI-MAP™ results with a qualified healthcare practitioner — such as a naturopath, functional medicine doctor, or integrative health provider — who can interpret the findings and develop a personalized treatment protocol for your unique gut health needs. GI MAP Test acts as an intermediary, connecting you with contracted practitioners who place lab orders on your behalf.
