Lab tests must be collected and dispatched within 180 days; DUTCH Cycle Mapping and Cycle Mapping Plus: 270 days. The period starts after kit delivery and receipt of the required instructions/requisition, whichever is later; HTMA without a kit starts with delivery of the complete instructions and usable form. Reviews and PDFs are separate. By paying, you agree to the completion policy, including expiry and extensions, and our Terms of Service. Earlier purchases retain their original terms.

What happens after you pay
- Your card is charged here at checkout and your itemized receipt is emailed immediately.
- Your collection kit ships to your address, free within the US.
- You collect your sample at home and post it back in the prepaid packaging.
- Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory runs the analysis and your results arrive in 10–14 business days.
