GI MAP Test is an online testing service operated by Real Health Diagnostics Inc. We help customers order a GI-MAP™ collection kit, understand the ordering steps, and find support for shipping and results delivery.
Who performs the test?
Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory performs the laboratory analysis. GI MAP Test is an independent service, not the laboratory, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory. Required lab orders are arranged through independently contracted, authorized practitioners.
What your order includes
Your test purchase includes the collection kit, the required practitioner ordering step, laboratory analysis, and your results report. A personalized Interpretation Review is a separate, optional service. See current prices and what is included before ordering.
You collect the sample at home and follow the instructions supplied with your kit. Results are typically available 10–14 business days after the laboratory receives the sample. A report provides information for discussion with a qualified healthcare professional; it is not a diagnosis or a promise of a health outcome.
Availability and shipping
This store offers US ordering in eligible states. We cannot process orders for residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Free outbound shipping applies within the eligible US service area; Canada and Puerto Rico have a $50 shipping and handling charge. Return shipping exceptions are explained in the shipping policy. Canadian customers can also visit our dedicated Canada store.
