Before you write — the fast answers
Most of the questions we receive are already answered on the site, usually in more detail than an email reply can manage:
- “How much is the test, and what does the price include?” — See cost & pricing. The short version: $525 for the Standard panel, $600 with zonulin, free shipping both ways in most US areas.
- “Where is my kit / how long until results?” — Kits arrive in 3–5 business days; results land roughly 10–14 business days after the lab receives your sample. Details on the shipping page and results page.
- “Will insurance pay for this?” — Usually not directly. The honest specifics are on the insurance page and the HSA/FSA page.
- “Can I order in my state?” — Everywhere in the US except New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. See state availability.
- “What will my report look like?” — There is a full annotated example on the sample report page.
- “Something is wrong with my order.” — Use the form above and include your order number; refund terms are on the refund policy page.
If your question is about interpreting results, we cannot diagnose anything by email — that conversation belongs with a qualified practitioner. The optional Interpretation Review exists for exactly that.
