We offer free shipping on all GI-MAP™ test kit orders across the United States—both to your door and, in most cases, back to the lab. Please note that in some rural or remote areas, or locations without a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Centre, or authorized shipping partner, prepaid return shipping may not be available. In these cases, clients may be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the laboratory.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most addresses. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, with the exceptions noted below.
State Restrictions
Due to state regulations, the laboratory cannot ship test kits to, or accept samples from, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island, and none of the laboratory paperwork may list an address located in any of these three states.

Return Shipping
Where available, your GI-MAP™ test kit includes prepaid return shipping. After collecting your sample, seal the specimen vial, place it in the return packaging, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Centre, or authorized shipping partner. In some rural or remote areas without a nearby drop-off location, prepaid return may not be available and return shipping to the laboratory may be the client's responsibility.
Sample Stability
The GI-MAP™ collection vial contains a proprietary preservative that keeps your sample stable for up to 7 days at room temperature, so there's no need to rush — collect and ship your sample at your convenience within the stability window.
