State Testing Restrictions: Rhode Island
Due to state-specific laboratory regulations, the GI-MAP™ test is not available for residents of Rhode Island. The laboratory cannot ship kits to — or accept specimens associated with — addresses located in Rhode Island. The same restrictions also apply to New York and New Jersey.
Please Note
- GI-MAP™ test kits cannot be shipped to addresses in Rhode Island.
- The laboratory will not process samples submitted with a Rhode Island address.
- Any specimen received with a Rhode Island address will be destroyed by the laboratory and will not be tested.
- Orders placed in violation of these restrictions are not eligible for refunds, and the cost of the kit will be forfeited.
