US Shipping
All US orders ship via USPS. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most US addresses. We ship to all 50 states.
Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most Canadian addresses. We ship to all provinces and territories including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, PEI, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not included with your GI-MAP™ test kit. After collecting your sample, you are responsible for shipping it back to the laboratory. Simply seal the specimen vial, place it in the return mailer, and drop it at any mailbox or post office using your preferred shipping method.
Sample Stability
The GI-MAP™ collection vial contains a proprietary preservative that keeps your sample stable for up to 7 days at room temperature. This means you don't need to rush to mail your sample back — simply collect and ship at your convenience within the stability window.
